REFUND POLICY

Please note should your business needs change and there is no further need for our service after payment has been made then we allow a "cooling off" period of 48 hours where you can request a refund of our service. Please note once you have engaged with our consulting service for which the date of start will be on your proposal, then there can be no refund after this date since work will already be in due process.
