One of our clients was a technology provider in the UK called CCS Prepay who have now been acquired by MTM Payments. CCS Prepay worked with MasterCard and Visa in providing card payment technology to facilitate the rapidly developing prepaid card payments space.

We consulted with CCS Prepay who as a small business were facing the challenge of an overly competitive technology space with established providers dominating the landscape.

We created a new business development training program that would help their regional business development managers to quickly penetrate new emerging markets by learning how to identify niche opportunities that were too small for the dominant players but large enough to make a significant positive impact to the company's growth. The 1 year training program helped the company to increase their new business acquisition pipeline grow by 35%.

Our contribution helped CCS Prepay to gain the visibility for the company to then be acquired in 2023 by another leading player in the payments landscape.
